How can I register a new QR code, card, or sticker?
It's very simple:
Scan your QR code.
Log in to your Messagenes account.
Search for your business and link your page.
I can't find my business location in the search engine.
This may be because your business doesn't have a registered physical address or is newly created. To add your URL manually:
Sign in to your Google Business Profile.
Search for your business on Google.
Scroll to the "Request reviews" menu.
Copy the direct link from the pop-up window.
In your QR settings in Messagenes, select "I can't find my business" and enter the copied link.
How do the products (QR/NFC) work?
Our products use dual QR and NFC technology. Once you link your device to your URL page (Google, Instagram, etc.), it will be active.
Your customers only have to bring their mobile phone close (NFC) or scan the image (QR) to be automatically directed to where you choose.
Can I modify the link linked to my QR?
Yes, as many times as you like! It's one of the advantages of Messagenes. Go to your account > find your QR > click on it > bottom menu "Target" or "Modify". The change is instantaneous and you don't need to change the physical sticker.
Yes, you can use the same link in multiple QR codes.
Yes, you can. Each QR code is independent, but you can configure them all to point to the same place (for example, if you have 10 tables and want them all to go to your Google Maps profile).
Do I need to create new accounts for new QR codes?
No need! With a single account at app.messagenes.com you can manage, link, and configure all your products. You'll have a unified control panel.
Where can I see my statistics?
Log in to app.messagenes.com, select your QR code, and go to the "Statistics" menu at the bottom. You will be able to see how many people have scanned your code.
Yes, you can "turn off" a QR code from your control panel without deleting it. If someone scans it while it's turned off, it won't work.
Account and Management
Can I have my own custom design?
Of course. Go to our custom section at this link and fill out the form with your logo and colors.
Do the products work outdoors?
Stickers: They are water-resistant, but exposed to intense direct sunlight can lose their shine after 6 months.
Cards: They are made of durable PVC (like a credit card), ideal for carrying around.
Stands: We recommend indoor use or on counters to prevent theft, although the material withstands splashes.
What should I do if I lose my QR card?
Contact us at info@messagenes.com or via WhatsApp (+12028601189). We can deactivate the lost card link for security and help you get a replacement.

No. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees. You purchase the product once and the technology is yours forever.
Do you issue invoices?

Return Policy
You have 14 days from receipt to request a return. Important: Before returning, contact us. We solve 95% of configuration problems through support. Custom products do not support returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
